I hope this is true. I don't think Ware is washed up like some do. We need him at 100% though.

His injury seems a lot more severe than Miles Austin's lingering hamstrings, but Jones has him as doubtful. Odd.

Looking forward to getting Ware back we are thin as is on the DL. Ware should be good and rested and should be able to make a great impact on the DL

The people who called him washed up are expecting 30 sack seasons out of the guy which is unreasonable. Ware was on pace for double-digit sacks and was grading out as a top five 4-3 End when he went down. Getting him back will be massive.

Jerry proclaimed him healthy after admitting that they were thinking long term as far as his contribution. I interpret that to mean that they have taken every precaution to make sure he is ready and there is no risk of re-injuring or aggravating his quad.

Fwiw, the doctors cleared ware to p,ay this past Sunday and the team sat him down.

Hopefully they will not do that this week. I would hate to think they wouldn't play him because he could get an extra two more weeks rest.

I imagine after the bye we will be a fully healthy team.

The experience Webb and Heath are getting could be huge positives in December.

I also imagine we start working out guards at some point.

I'm not sure but I think this (three weeks) is the longest time I haven't seen Ware jump offsides. jk. Glad to have Ware back. I wish JJ wouldn't announce it so quickly. Why not let the Saints guess fo a little longer? I would have said limited practice all week and a game time decision on Sunday several hours before the game.
