Draft combine day menu!

Oh boy...that dish makes its usual appearance in this house during gatherings. I've always called it "Pork blood stew", but my wife has a different name for it. I've never eaten it, and don't have a problem with meat or blood, but that stuff looks like chocolate in the end product...just unnatural. You're a braver man than I!

Dinuguan. Delicious. What's interesting is that I can't stand liver, a crazy mineral taste, however this "blood stew", which is similar to liver taste-wise but more mild, with a vinegary, salty explosion. Great dish. By the way, I've had some bland dini but I had a co-worker who always said she added extra vinegar to hers. This was the difference. Prompted, I did the same thing to mine, and it fit my taste preference, as well as my kids'. Wife won't touch it though.
