top tier WR that is QUICK and fast, that can get separation and has good hands, runs good routes, scares a defense. We need another Terry Glenn in his prime. Then we need a space hogging, OL-collapsing DT so we can move Rat to DE and let Spears walk. Then we need a franchise LT, draft would be nice but I'd rather use big FA money to go after McNeil. We'll need a hidden gem of a CB because Newman is getting old and will need to be put out to pasture in a few years. Then we need some discipline and a decent head coach. To recap:
