Have to be on the road Saturday--be at a dog trial until late --Sun will start the morning making a big old pot of carne guisada, homemade tortillas --don't need much else

You know this is going to start the whole fried vs plain bologna ---Fried(split in the middle so it lays down good) with mayo and ripe tomatoes:)

Is this just slang for a porno or something?

Probably an omelette.

The draft starts at 11 pm my time and runs through 6 am. Too late for me. So I'll TIVO the ESPN (and ESPN II) coverage and watch it Sunday morning (via Slingbox).

I'll watch Day 2 on Monday night.

The upside of this arrangement will be fast-forwarding through the commercials and a good bit of the time-filling nonsense.

The downside will be missing Norm's coverage - he does a fine job, IMO.

Avery, have an extra Fresca for me.

Whatever my wife brings me.

I don't leave the Big Dog chair unless there is a bathroom call.

I'll be at a Charity basketball game between some of the Cowboys players, Roy Williams, Newman, Hurd, Choice, Spears, Crayton against some of the local celebs. My sister in law may work it out to where I am the score keeper. Guess who's winning this game?

Oh there is plenty of mustard on them :yourock:
Alright, now we're talking. :)

I know I've mentioned this before cause you've brought up your famous bologna sammich before.

My favorite way to fix the sammich when I was a kid was to put the bologna directly over the fire (gas stove) to get that grilled taste, (yummy), toast the bread and add plenty of mustard. Now, I have to use a micro :( since my home does not have a gas stove, but I "almost" get the same effect.

We make some completely righteous Chicken Bacon and Ranch spuds for draft day. They are huge and fill you up for the whole day.
