Just a heads up for those that purchase these. They are out. Picked up a couple today. PFW and Lindy's.

Let's just say Greg Gabriel of PFW has a reputation of being against the grain and he doesn't disappoint this year.

I really need to grab a couple.
But I did buy bruglers online one last year and it was top notch...

Yeah, Brugler's good.

I miss Mel's. Joel's too. I also miss being able to buy an actual book and not some pdf file. Color me a caveman.

Erik McCoy is not in the PFW guide. I've checked and double checked all OL positions. Not a mention.

What a bum that guy must be. Remember that when he's taken in the top 40 picks of this draft.

Mel doesn't do his draft book anymore???
what the hell happened to this world!!!!

Oh man, for years, especially 80s and 90s, these were my football bibles. PFW, Lindy's, Draft Digest, Sporting News, Smith Street and I'd even collect USA Today articles closer to the draft. In fact, I still have a magazine ( not sure which one) with Tony Dorsett featured on the cover. Actually had quite a few going back to early '80s until my wife mistakenly threw out a box full. We didn't speak for a week....LOL.

While I like that aspect, it is disappointing that once again he has some glaring errors in the magazine that stick out if you know what you are talking about.

He has several prospects included that aren't even in this draft like Virginia Tech DE Trevon Hill (currently with the Miami Hurricanes) and Washington OT Trey Adams as his 7th ranked tackle (he is coming back after getting a redshirt for his knee injury). He did the same thing last year by including SMU corner Jordan Wyatt.

The bad thing is that if you point it out stuff like this on Twitter as a courtesy, the guy is thin-skinned and blocks you.

And the guy has more credentials to write that book than Joel or Nolan ever had yet the product is far less.

It's got to be laziness.
