Great white flight. I'm in Irving. It was probably 90% white when I was a kid. Now it's 90% Hispanic.

I go down 121 to Josey on my way home. I have stopped getting off there and going down the 121 Business and turning for home there. The City father's of The Colony didn't think Main Street out very well. They should look at Lewisville and see what happens when you don't plan the streets before the freakin building new housing additions.

Dallas is beginning to look like L.A. in regard to traffic.

I went to the cowboys club last year in the stadium. I know a few cowboys stadium employees and got us in so we were drinking of free and eating for free was fun. I like being home usually but it was fun experience

Well, there's going to be restaurants and an Omni hotel all connected, so you could just stay at the hotel. I'm sure it's like $300 a night though.

Your property tax bill will be going up too. What sucks is that when/if the value ever goes back down, the taxes won't.....
