Scenario 3

What do you all think about this: pick #22 - Talib. Pick #28 - Cason. It probably won't happen...but what if...?

Uhhh...no.

Just first two rounds.

Scenario 1:
#22: Aqib Talib, CB, Kansas
#28: traded to Detroit for RW
#62: Chris Johnson, RB, E. Carolina

Scenario 2:
#22: Aqib Talib, CB, Kansas
#28: traded to Atlanta for #34 and 37. Atl needs a QB and will move up.
#34: Felix Jones, RB, Arkansas
#37: Limas Sweed, WR, Texas
#62: Pat Sims, DT, Auburn

Scenario 3:
#22: Talib
#28: Jones
#62: Andre Caldwell, WR, Florida

Let the bashing begin

Just dont see ATL trading 34 & 37 to move up 5 spots, esp when the teams at 26 & 27 are rumored to be wanting to move down too. Limas Sweed doesnt last till 37 either.

Kudos for being a bit bold. Henne is rising fast, but Rd1?

I think there are four teams that want QBs and only three legitimate non-development prospects. Supply and demand drives the market.

I wouldn't draft him that high but it's what I think will happen.

Felix Jones and Talib/Roy Williams

how bout Felix Jones, Roy Williams and then a trade up in round 2 for the best remaining CB (Cason or Branch) or safety (Tyrell Johnson or maybe Phillips if he slips)

we all no Dallas needs three main things CB, RB, WR, I think the cowboys could suprise everyone and go Safety at #28, (RW needs cut)

trade#22 for a high 2nd and 4th
at #28 to take Safety (Kenny Phillips and say goodbye to RW)
use the high 2nd take the best RB/CB/WR-(Rice/Jones/Tracy porter/Cason Hardy/Manningham
#62 take the best RB/WR/CB

The Boys could fill major holes as well as devleop RW replacement and use the extra 4th or later to go after PACMAN. CAP friendly rookies to mold this year to replace RW and possible Newman.

We'll take a corner or safety with one of the first round picks. - Duh

Now to go out on a limb. The name Tashard Choice keeps popping in my head so I think he may be our 2nd or 3rd round pick.

Just to toot my own horn.
