I can't say that I blame you for that stance. He not only managed to play poorly in Cleveland, but he led some of their other players (Gordon, Gilbert) astray along the way.
But I can also see him benefitting from a good example in Romo and a strong locker room. To say nothing of the change in scenery, playing closer to home, and what would quickly amount to a last chance to salvage his career.
But again, that best case scenario wouldn't matter to me because I don't think the player has the talent to groom as your next QB. Otherwise, I'd be all for it.
