Draft thoughts a month away!

I think it's a tossup. If Pitts is there, I think he's our selection. If Pitts is gone, as I suspect he'll be, I think Horn will be the choice. The FO seems to like him and have visited him at least twice. So, I think Horn is their second option. Those are the two most likely choices if they stay at 10. If they trade down, I think it'll be a toss up between Moehrig, Barmore, and Collins depending on where they trade down to. I also wouldn't rule out Micah Parsons at 10, but that's unlikely. That's my take for round 1. I'd watch for Grant, Browning, or McNeil at 44 depending on the way they order their draft board. I'd love it if they get Adebo in round 3 along with Holland.

I find it funny that taking Horn at 10 (a player who was being projected late 1 or 2 just a month ago) is not a teach but taking Barmore or Moehrig at 10 would be a reach

Horn and Milton as first 2 picks would be absolutely horrible

I'm with you on that. I'd love Barmore at 10. I don't care how much of a reach he is. He's an off the charts DT that fixes our DT in a way better than any other DT in this draft is. We could use the 5th year option for him with the kind of player he is too. We have to win in the trenches for the rest of the defence to work. Sort of like how you need a solid oline in order for the rest of the offense to work more effectively. I remember when some thought Zach Martin was a reach, especially when Manziel was available. I remember talking to some fans at a bar who, at the time, thought Martin was a wasted pick. I remember on the old forum some fans whining about Zach Martin. Zach Martin couldn't have been a better choice. Just the same, I think Barmore would be the perfect choice at 10. He's an absolute monster, and he'd destroy the opposing running backs.
