Coakley does not deserve to be on that list. I don't understand this board's lack of appreciation for a very good (pro bowl) player.

It is not his fault that he played during the Campo era.

Bradie James deserves this list far more than Coakley. Coakley was a stud.....if this defense played with half the heart Coakley played with, we would be kicking butt and taking names right now. I would put Hollywood Henderson on the list....cause he was absolutely talented and could have been up there with Howley, but he snorted his career away.

Coakley was good, but not what people make him out to be nowadays. I should probably put Darren Hambrick in Coakley's place.

A similar DReAM OFFENSE would look like this:

Jacob Rogers, Stephen Peterman, Al Johnson, Doug Free, Solomon Page
Receivers: Wane McGarity, Billy Davis, David LaFleur
FB: Nicky Sualua, RB: Troy Hambrick
QB: Quincy Carter / Chad Hutchinson (take your pick)

your lineup has some flaws, but the OL looks good, except for Free.

Steve Walsh
Drew Henson
Babe Laufenburg

RB:
Darryl Clack
Curvin Richards
Sherman Williams
Derrick Lassic

FB:

WR:
Antonio Bryant
Alexander Wright
Randall Williams
Mike Sherrard (would have been good but injuries ruined a very good WR)
Billy Davis

TE:
LaFleur
Fasano
Bjornson

OL:
Soloman Page
Stephen Peterman
Al Johnson
Jacob Rogers
Howard Richards
Robert Shaw
Clay Shiver
Steve Scifres
Everett McIver
Aaron Gibson

DL:
Peppi Zellner
Kavika Pittman
Shante Carver
Ebenezer Ekuban
Willie Blade
Kevin Brooks
Larry Bethea
Danny Noonan

LB:
Bobby Carpenter
Darren Hambrick
Billy Cannon
Jesse Penn

DB:
Rod Hill
Kareem Larrimore
Dwayne Goodrich
Derek Ross
Stan Smagala
Tony Dixon

K:
Tony Zendajas or Roger Ruzek

KR:
Tyson Thompson

Now that's some good work.

I left off Ross because he actually seemed to have talent, but just a knucklehead in general. A Pacman precursor if you will.

Clay Shiver is hands-down the center of the all-DReAM team. Inspired.

You gotta give the Kicker spot to Mike Vanderjagt, c'mon.

i had him at first, but changed him, cause in Indy he was one of the best in the NFL......we got him after he went Ray Finkle.....

Kinda like how my Astros got Mitch Williams after Joe Carter bent him over in the World Series.....

I even thought about Septian, only cause of him being such a scumbag off the field.

It would have been funny if not for the number of high draft picks involved in that list......

#45..they always talked about how athletic he was and that he played basketball....usually just before he would get burnt.
