Ok, got that, but I still don't think he is eligible base on my link and the fact that I am pretty sure he would have an accrued NFL season at least with the Cowboys:

The practice squad shall consist of the following players, provided that they have not served more than two previous seasons on a Practice Squad: (i) players who do not have an Accrued Season of NFL experience; and (ii) free agent players who were on the Active List for fewer than nine regular season games during their only Accrued Season(s).

How many of you bashing Henson now thought he was the second coming of Staubach back in 2004 and were excoriating Parcells for sticking with Vinnieception Interceptaverde? :laugh2:

I was disappointed that Parcells stuck with Testaverde in the last few games of 2004. I didn't think much of Henson, but I was ready for either he or Romo to get playing time at the end of that season. Both probably should have seen the field at some time that year.
