Funny how pretty much everyone was high on Drew Henson when the NFL Europe campaign was over; but once BP made that comment that he would have liked to see more, Henson is suddenly worthless to a lot of you.

Actually if you go back and look you'll find that the vocal against Henson right now, have always been the most vocal against him and that the rest of us are still where we always have been, just being quiet because it isn't doing any good to praise him right now.

yea, it's like you give him some props, or worse yet, a full compliment, then some people feel their only purpose in life is to remove it from the face of the earth at all costs.

well, when i say something like that i also have to apply it to myself and my rants of BP. but at least i do recognize his defense skills and stay focued on my "object of hate".

According to one poster that had an inside source on the matter, yes Henson should be released any day now.

However, The Answer still feels that Henson will be able to hang around until at least august though, depending Mroz's development and if we decide to pursue a veteran option....

I thought he looked great at times in Europe. He really had some receiver problems and may have set the record for the most dropped balls in NFLE history.

But, he really made some amazing throws on the run, ect.

I think Parcells is just messing with Henson.

Besides, rumor had that Testaverde was receiving offers to become a QB/Coach type figure from an NFL team. Guess who. He could be at practice, stay up on the offense, and be ready if Bledose went down, without even taking up and salary cap space of a roster spot.

That scares me......
