McNabb was drafted in 1999….he didn’t play in the 90s….nice try lol….

It’s not goal post moving I just assume some things don’t have to be explained but that’s on me.

When Aikman was leaving the league McNabb was as entering it. Didn’t play at the same time. McNabb and Romo played in the same passing era.
If McNabb was drafted in 1999 in April, the season started when? Philly played every single game that year in 1999 except the last one. He played in the 90s, bro.

He played 6 games in 1999. Are you seriously arguing him and Aikman played in the same era?

I am sure this is Dak's fault somehow

Well, there are reasons for that.

First Dak is inaccurate. PFF came up with a new catch radius for Dak to make sure he stays top 10. They clearly want to lay blame on WRs. I mean Lamb and cook are the best WR duo in the NFL and best two ever for. Cowboys by far.

And we had the best 3 thru 7 in WR group in NFL. not sure why the league insists on making Dak a top QB in the league. His agent must have something on the league...I am.sure of it

The Giants don’t win those SBs without him. No matter what you say or feel.
So? You made the ridiculous point that making a couple plays to help the team win in the playoffs overshadows a very mediocre career and is enough to elevate him to the HOF. Ridiculous notion.

However, even that ridiculous notion is overshadowed by the absurdly ridiculous notion that Eli Manning was the driving force in those offensive explosions (lol) that won the SB's. Yes sir. They'd never have won those SB's if not for the great Eli Manning.

There’s some truth to this though it’s worth nothing the man who threw more than anyone in Sam Howell only had 29 drops.
True, but then you also look at the offense. How often are they pushing the ball downfield vs dumping short high percentage passes. Not saying that was it, but there’s a lot more to dropped passes tHan who had the most dropped.
Yeah I honestly can’t say in Sam’s case they were letting him throw that football all over the field. I’d have to question what qualifies as a drop because if these are catchable passes not sure if I want to be anywhere by Chiefs.
However - Howell led the league in interceptions last season with 21...matching the number of his passing touchdowns. (Josh Allen second trowing INTs with 18, Jalen Hurts third with 15.)
Howell threw at least one INT in every game but 4 (13 out of 17), and had 5 games with at least 2 INTs.
As bad as the team was overall for awhile now (losing record six out of the last 7 seasons, 4-13 in 2023) - the Commanders decided after one season Howell was not the future.

Well...what have we here? A cherry picking festival?

Dak throws so bad even the defense drops his passes. IS there a stat for that?

Oh relax...I'm kidding!

Dropped passes is a tiny sliver of information. I'm not convinced it should even be a stat as subjective as it is. The team that won the super bowl proves it.

6 of the top 7 teams in dropped passes made the playoffs.

3 of the top 7 teams won a playoff game.

2 of them made it to the Conference Championship.

1 of them won the Super Bowl.

Incredibly stupid stat.

Tony Thrill Hill and Drew Pearson together were clearly better

lol Giants didn’t have a good defensive line? Jesus…..
Your rather ridiculous claim it was only good is what is laughable
Not only did they have a HOF player on it, they were so deep they could platoon like no one else in the league. They wore down O lines and quite often dominated the fourth quarter
The Patriots in 2007 broke virtually every offensive record in the NFL but could only score two touchdowns in the SB. That tells anyone with real football intelligence who was mostly responsible for that victory
