dry cleaners ruining clothes

It's unfortunate but its a typical thing to have cleaners ruin things. It's just a natural thing that happens regardless of how "professional" they may be. Most of the time the people ringing you out don't really care what you're saying and just wanna ring up the transaction, and they're not the same ppl doing the cleaning. And as others have said before, more than likely the people in the back saw it was a white shirt so threw it in with the rest of the whites. I try not to use the cleaners cause I trust myself more than I do a bunch of low wage workers to do the job right.
 
File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That will get their attention.
