Where does Westbrook end up?
Los Angeles.

I'm not at all sure the Cavs will be back next year.
Barring an injury to Lebron, they will be
I think Boston will have a lot to say about that this year.
The Warriors lost most of their great depth, this doesn't guarantee that they will win the championship.

I'd be shocked. Al Hortford is a lot better than Jared Sullinger, but in essence that's the only move they made and they weren't a team that even got out of the first round last year.
We need another top tier player to challenge the Cavs. 2 more to challenge the Warriors.
There is supposedly a big trade for Griffin, Cousins or Westbrook thats being worked on
Way to risky to deal for Westbrook. Financially is just makes zero sense to sign an extension now, Griffen could be dealt, I just don't see it. Cousins can happen, guess that means Boston will play him and Hartford, but while I can see Boston having the assets to make that deal, I doubt it happens as well.

I wouldn't. Boston has a ton of young talent and more future picks then they can use. I would not be at all surprised to see them over spend on a player they thought could help them in the short term. Besides, I suspect that if a guy like Westbrook were signed, it would be on a deal that all parties have agreed to extend past the single season option. For Westbrook, it's probably the best chance he has to go to a team that is primed to make title runs for the next few years and as you said earlier, Horford is a lot better then Sullinger. Boston has a lot of younger talent that 's only going to continue to get better. I think they can be a real danger in the East this year and that bench goes out the door of the Garden and into TD Parking. That's how long the Celtics bench is. I don't like Boston, I'm a Lakers fan but I gotta say it like I see it. Cavs are not a given this year in the East.
As a C's fan it was really nice to see that rivalry rekindled with the Garnett/Allen trades and the Gasol trade and subsequent finals showdownsI wouldn't. The only trade that I've read about that made any sense whatsoever involving Westbrook was to LA for Griffin. Not that Presti hasn't done it before, but you can't give up a top five player for draft picks and cast offs. Hope he learned from the Harden trade. OKC could be a legit threat again with Olidipo and Griffin, Kanter, Adams, and adding a another wing scorer.
That's very interesting - how do you play Paul and Westbrook together?
