Love this guy. He isn't quite the WR, but he has the edge on special teams. Both of these guys were great on special teams and also the most reliable blocking WR on their team. Tough and reliable. Swiss army knife type players. Its a shame Harris got hurt because he was well on his way to the pro bowl.

He's a good player but don't know if he done enough to go to the pro bowl even though its not his fault. He needs to be in the game more IMO...

Steelers all time leading WR, Hines ward?
4 time pro bowler, Hines Ward?
Superbowl MVP, Hines Ward?
1,000 career receptions, Hines Ward?

We have someone similar on this team?

Why does he have to be a poor man's anybody? Is he allowed to simply be Dwayne Harris?

Special teams ace, dynamic return man, and serviceable WR who has potential to improve in that area?

That's how I like to think of him.

Hines is/was a better WR, obviously, but Harris is one of the best special teams player in the entire NFL.

There is really no similarities between the two players.

Saying that he is not quite as good a WR as HInes Ward is like saying that Cole Beasley is not quite as good a WR as MIchael Irvin.

Harris is my favorite player on the team. We all kill Jerry as a GM but he deserves credit on finding this kid. When he is in the game good things seem to happen. So why isn't he getting a few more looks as a WR? Hopefully with Miles gone he moves up and gets a few more WR snaps each game.

Not for I know, but that is way out of bounds.

Ward and Harris at least a similar qualities. Certainly the manner in which they play the game...and talking about how good they actually are.
Two players could not be more different than Beasely and Irvin.
But the, I'm completely sure you know that.

Wish we had a little more creative offensive mind in charge. I think Harris could be a bigger part of the offense at WR if a coach knew how to use him effectively.
