No fumbles and 101 receptions last year? Nice.

PFW likes him alot
Positives: Has big hands. Gets in and out of breaks smoothly to create short-to-intermediate separation. Tracks well and catches outside his frame. Competitive and physical after the catch — quick-footed with short-area burst, run strength and tackle-breaking ability (will lower his shoulder instead of running out of bounds). Willing stalk blocker — not afraid to get his nose dirty. Very good production. Versatile — has slot experience and offers versatility as a returner (makes the first man miss). Shows playmaking ability and has upside.
Negatives: Lacks ideal height and bulk — durability needs to be investigated. Does not have elite top-end speed and vertical ability to run under throws. Average twitch and lateral agility. Played in a collegiate spread offense and was used extensively on short throws designed to get the ball in his hands. As a converted quarterback, route running and positional instincts are still developing. Ball security has been an issue — 11 career fumbles. Hands were shaky at the Senior Bowl. Bench-pressed 225 pounds only 10 times at the Combine and could stand to improve his strength and work ethic.
Summary: Consistently productive, naturally athletic jack-of-all-trades who toiled in relative anonymity. Possesses the confidence, competitiveness and toughness to supplement his endearing run-after-catch ability and a versatile skill set that will enable him to be an effective underneath receiver working from the slot. Brings added value as a returner. Could be an even better pro than college player and will draw interest from teams such as the Jaguars, Chiefs and Ravens.
NFL projection: Third- to fourth-round pick.
