Dwayne Jarrett @ 22 (Yay or Nay)

Not if Ginn's there!:D

I have to say Yay unless these guys are there (Jamaal Anderson, Amobi Okoye, Adrain Peterson, Laron Landry, or Patrick Willis). To me personally he's the most productive wide receiver in this draft.

He's been doing it year in a year out.

Look at his statistics over the years compared to guys like (Calvin Johnson, Robert Meachem, Dwayne Bowe, Ted Ginn (Who I think reminds me of Santana Moss, another wide receiver I don't mind having), and others and look at the competition he faced compared to those wide receivers. DJ really separates himself and the sad thing is people can't even see it. Calvin Johnson makes unbelieveable catches but look at the competition he faced compared to Dwayne Jarrett and look at the statistics through the years. It's not even comparable.

Calvin Johnson is physically a better wide receiver than Dwayne Jarrett but, Dwayne Jarrett is a more productive wide receiver than Johnson.

Kind of an ironic statement for a WR who doesn't get good separation on the field.

Jarrett does not have the necessary speed and quickness to handle the CBs he will see in the NFL. Poor mans KJ AT BEST.

If that's who Ireland writes down on our card Then I say "Yea Baby!"

How about... Ehh.

It doesn't leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Agreed. And as your second part says I tend to lean towards the nay side of things.

I consider Jarrett one of the top WR in this draft and if that is the choice then I have no problem supporting the pick.
