I really thought this sunday night game was going to be ultra hostile. After listening to few shows...I am not so sure now. It sounds like eagle fan base is coming to terms with reality that the Eagles are not in same class as Green Bay or Seattle. That it will take getting Marriota to take them to next level. There is sense that Sanchez has come back to earth and is becoming a liability. The eagles secondary really got picked on in seattle game and Dallas should be studying that acutely. This is winnable game for Dallas but I think they need to establish Romo early in this game to show he is not spooked by what happened on thanksgiving. Eagles front 4 is much improved from start of season as Cox is playing at high level so I don't think Dallas can just rely on Murray taking to them. Get up early in this game and fans will start to wonder if Eagles even make playoffs which would be amazing considering they were 9-3 at one point.

They seem dejected over the Seattle loss......... but most fans still think there's no chance we can win up there Sunday night.

There's a difference between losing a game for a good reason or by a respectable margin, as opposed to what Green Bay and Seattle did to them.

The Eagles are a fraud in terms of Super Bowl contention, and their knowledgeable fan base understands that. Dallas is far more built to give those teams a legitimate game.

The Cowboys are the only real chance this division has to make noise in the playoffs. Whether Dallas does or not is yet to be seen. That Commanders game, plus the ridiculous scheduling of the Thanksgiving week, might have doomed the Cowboys. It might take 12-4 for Dallas to just get into the playoffs.

Unless they are going to give up a RG3 like package of picks, no way they even get close to Marriota

I didn't take much from that Seattle game just like I didn't take anything away from when Green Bay destroyed them, some teams are just a bad matchup with other teams. Seattle is a horrible matchup for Philly, but Dallas is a bad matchup for Seattle, and Philly is a bad matchup for Dallas. The Cowboys better figure out a way to score points because I don't think this defense will hold Philly under 24 points.

I think they've come to the realization that they simply are not in the same league with the Packers and Seahawks.

And that their trophy case will remain empty

They won't be picking nearly high enough to give up what the skins gave up.

If we hold them to 24 we will win

Stop McCoy and limit the big plays, mistakes and turnovers and we should win that game 7 times out of ten. More to it than that but that's a good start.

Very sound logic.

More than logic just the facts with Philly be it Foles at QB or Sanchez. Philly offense does not click when McCoy struggles. They have managed to pull some games out with special teams in games where McCoy has not played great but when talking just their offense it begins with McCoy, shut him down and put Sanchez in 2nd or 3rd and long and he will make mistakes.

Something we didn't come close to doing last week. Hopefully different this time.

McCoy is also a fumble machine so I expect McClain to shadow his buttocks for a rip n strip.

Rod will have guys ripping at the ball but only once others have him wrapped up. Do not get sloppy tackling by ripping at the ball, get him wrapped and others flying to the ball need to be ripping at it.
