Did you read the Dak Snyder article this week? It was really eye opening. He viewed the team as his play thing and kick and scratched to prevent the sale up to the 11th hour.

I don’t think they’re intentionally sabotaging these teams, I just think they believe they’re way better at what they’re doing than they really are… mostly because there’s no one above them to chastise their mistakes.
