They're just better. The Eagles have their down years just like the Cowboys when they miss the playoffs or just go 1 and done in the wildcard round. But the difference is when they have their great years and win 12+ games, they go to the conference championship at the minimum every time. When the Cowboys have the equivalent of these great regular seasons, they go 1 and done.
