We are far better than what they've faced, GB played them tough with Scott Tolzien at QB and they got crushed by the Vikings.

we gotten beaten pretty badly by the Bears, and they absolutely crushed the Bears, so..........

you started this thread with the premise that they haven't beaten a good team, and we aren't a good team (and that was before Romo went down), so what's your real point?

More so our D giving up a 23 point lead to Matt Flynn. Sure Romo put the finishing touch on it but our D has no chance regardless who is playing QB.

The defenese played well against Washington, they are going to be fired up. Expect a great perfromance.

The Rams win and Eagles win were impressive. The Broncos game, despite losing, was also impressive. That's about all I can think of. The Eagles have had more than 3 impressive games though. They're not perfect but they've had a much better season than Dallas.

The Broncos game was not impressive. They did not get a moral victory like we did.

That we are going to win and play our best game w/o Romo, he's like a dark cloud.

gee, too much to ask the team to play their best game with Romo rather than w/o. Without Romo, they will have to play their best to have a chance

You guys act like Romo is Peyton Manning or Aaron Rodgers.

Looking at the stats ROMO is right there with them. Now the question you need to ask is he as consistent thought out the game as they are? The answer is when the outcome depends on him at the end then he tries to make plays and he sometimes comes up short.

Philly has won 6 of 7. I think most (or all?) teams would be thrilled if they layed an egg only once very 7 games. Philly clearly did not come to play vs Minny and they mentally let thier gaurd down with Peterson out. In a league full of professionals, most teams can't afford to do that.
They did, however, recently beat Chicago, Green Bay, and Detroit...all teams that beat Dallas.

I think the main difference is the defense. They are now a C+/B- compared to the league average and we are an F or maybe a D at home.

But it's a one game scenario, so Dallas certainly is capable.

Kiffens knows Chips offense really well b/c he has seen it so many times.

This is not the same offense Kelly ran at Oregon. There are some similarities, but there is a lot of west coast principles in it now.

It's not a bad offensive team but it is a very bad defensive team. In a game like this or any playoff game your need a very good defensive team to win with. Now, you can not say this is a bad team but it's chances to win this week and if successful the next week is slim.

I agree. But we don't have Romo….say what you want about his INTs but he gets us in a situation to win…Orton ummmmm not so much

It's bc Romo audibles out of plyas to Murray, who is are most explosive player.

you think we don't run enough because he audibles out of them all?? really? first of all, that reflects on the coaching if that were true. Apparently though, you havent been keeping up with the reports. That pass play that Romo threw that int at the end of the GB game that everyone jumped on Romo for audible-ing out of a run, well we find out later that that is not Romo's fault but rather a designed audible built in to the play calling by Callahan and that it was actually Callahan's fault for us not running that one. See, the play was designed to be a handoff to Murray, but if the defense lined up with a number in the box against run, the play was designed to switch to a pass play and Romo was in charge of seeing that. The Packers did line up with defenders in that box (not sure EXACTLY but I assume you get my point) Romo saw it and changed it. yeah he was under pressure from that unblocked defender coming after him and should of not thrown that int at all, but the play was designed to turn into a pass play by Callahan nonetheless. Ultimately, Callahan should of just made him hand it off anyways to kill clock.

EDIT:: this defense has never played good enough for a whole game to win so forgive me if I do not have faith in it at all. normally we have to count on Romo and this offense to bail this defense out
