Eagles/Jaguars thread

That you actually believe that post is hilarious. Most people with a clue know how good Wentz is and are aware of Dak's flaws, but most (alleged) Cowboys fans don't spend their days posting their undying love for the guy on a Cowboys board, and/or continue to whine about a trade that didn't happen over 2 years ago.

THAT is why some of us mock Wentz here, because there needs to be a counter to the (alleged) Cowboys fans who act like they have their walls plastered with Wentz photos.

No, that's the childish reaction to it. See, let me blunt here. You people are mental midgets. Not all of you, but most of you. You bark like a trained seal in support of the Cowboys. Then when an adult comes around and says hey, the Eagles QB is just better than the Cowboys QB. By a lot too. The children, you, turn it into some homophobic love fest. I become an Eagles fan. Because that's what children do. That's all they're capable of.

What I "act" like is a fan who realizes how good he is and how bad the stiff in Dallas is. Swap jerseys and I'd realize how good ours is and what a stiff theirs is.

It's a talent evaluation made by an adult. An adult who was 100% correct before the draft. Who saw this coming a mile away.

But feel free to continue to try to discredit the guy every week and look like a complete and total idiot to anyone outside of this fan base.

Jags taking a page out of our bend but don’t break D circa 2014

throw

Jeffrey and Ertz arr two great target who get wide open all the time.
I'm not saying they aren't great. Jeffrey's is a B tier player and Ertz........I think he is too even though he's one of the better tight ends in the league. They are slow possession type threats.

If Wentz came out there Maclin, Desean and McCoy of 4 years ago? That would've been far more scary. To me personally.

The main problem with the Eagles besides the Super Bowl hangover is they have no running game. Clement, Smallwood, Adams. These guys are bottom of the roster types.

Eagles red zone woes continue. They came into today 17th in RZ TD percentage. The Cowboys are only slightly better at 16th.

The Jags? 31st.

Eagles have all of these linemen out but it won't matter if the Jags don't bring pressure. They are trying to get there with 4.

That is their defensive style. They don't care to blitz.

I am still in shock they did not make a deal for a running back as soon as Ajayi went down. I guess they are a little arrogant.

I do consider Wentz to be a good QB, however I will highlight his mistakes. Because some will nitpick at all of Dak's mistakes/miscues, while praising Wentz's good ways. But, don't pick apart Wentz mistakes/miscues like they do with Dak. Going by some you would think Wentz never throws an INT, makes off target throws, or misreads plays/misses open guys.

Wentz and the whole Philly team is having a downward season, like Dak and the Cowboys had after a great 2016 season. Difference is that Foles managed to get hot at the exact right time for the Iggles to win a Superbowl. Yet, Foles came back down to earth, as it seems like Wentz is a little.
