I'd take Barwin, Lorenzo Alexander, and Sterling Moore to shore up the defense on the cheap. Then sign Carr, and draft defensively.

Maybe get ware on a 1 year deal, if he's affordable.

Darwin does not fit into the 4-3 Schwartz runs in Philly. I'm not sure he'd fit here any better. He's a great community and locker room guy with a lot of talent and some football left, but he is better suited as a LB in a 3-4. Last year showed that well.
