Every Coach with an ego......so pretty much every coach.Who would want a job when you just fired a pretty successful HC

I don't think he is a Garrett guy anymore than Prescott was. I think Garrett's idea was to keep Prescott from doing damage and Moore's idea was to use him as a weapon. Moore is very aggressive compared to Garrett, who learned from Turner and run first coaches. Garrett is also protective of young QB's as he has shown in NY. Moore is sink or swim.
That's about the size of it.I don't think he is a Garrett guy anymore than Prescott was. I think Garrett's idea was to keep Prescott from doing damage and Moore's idea was to use him as a weapon. That's for sure and for certain. Some people call Jerry an idiot for signing Moore as the OC.
Some of the same people are upset that Moore might leave to become HC of Eagles.
I would not even care if Moore became HC of the Eagles and Pederson became the OC of the Cowboys. Would add more drama and things to talk about.
Not every play is designed to go the distance and good OC's will call those runs up the middle to wear on the D and to set them up for something later.I don't see that at all. Their play book looks almost identical to me. Moore calls the same, dumb vanilla plays Garrett used to call. Still calls runs up the middle for no gain, still calls long developing passing routes and neglects slants and screens, immediately abandons whatever's working, all just like Garrett used to do.
I don't think the Eagles job is right for Moore.
Interesting ... good idea by Philly to at least glean a some info in an interview even if they don't hire him.
I didn't think he was anywhere near ready to be an NFL OC either, yet here we are.Weird move. I don't think he's anywhere near ready to be an NFL head Coach.
Hopefully he tells Philly to kick rocks.
He could be the next McVay. Most kids want their shot. If it doesn’t work out then settle for that career Asst coach job.Moore isn't a head coach in my eyes. He was smart to not go to Boise State because I'm not sue how that Howdy Doody face would be able to walk into living rooms to recruit.
Likewise, he looks like a 2nd year NFL player on the practice squad right now. LOL
He's the perfect OC. Dak and Zeke rant and rave about his brilliance.
Perhaps the guy should just be what he is. Like Dick LeBeau did.
I believe he has the right to refuse for any player under contract. I don't think he will unless Moore asks him to do that. Then again, Booger might ask him to get some inside skinny from Roseman and Lurie.

Not for a head coaching gig.Doesn't Jerry have the ability to block an interview, kinda like he did with Eberflus a few years ago?
Cant block a job unless it is a lateral move or lower.I believe he has the right to refuse for any player under contract. I don't think he will unless Moore asks him to do that. Then again, Booger might ask him to get some inside skinny from Roseman and Lurie.

He wasn’t on pace for 4-12, the worst defense in Cowboys history was on pace for 4-12. Perspective.Seems to me he was also on pace to go 4-12. We never know how it would turn out. Hi would Dak have played with the makeshift line no one know or ever will know
