his knee was out...he may have got both his feet down in bounds, but the one knee is clearly out

I havent seen the replay enough yet, but I am not sure he even had control of it when he came down either

His shin/ankle touched in bounds first. That makes him in bounds. Now someone said that the ball moved and I didn't even consider that. That would have made it no TD.
