It is very discouraging to see the Commanders go up and down the field against New England, while we only managed 16 points.

If Gronk can keep this up for maybe 4 more years then there is a real arguement. But there have been a lot of players that have had one or two top years then mediocre or average. Witten has been incredibly consistent for 8 years and counting.

I think this is a fair assessment.

Witten has been too good for too long to just take a back seat to a guy who's only had short-term success. Although, he's only been around for 2 years.

Witten has the history but it's hard to ignore 25 TDs in two years.
