His biggest issue was maturity, and how to come back from mistakes and losses. He definitely IMO has an elite arm, and doesn't look to run as much as he used to.

He's getting better. I just want their Defense right now.

I think SD is the best of those teams. Incredibly inconsistent but they've looked very impressive at times this year. It's kinda creepy how similar Dallas and San Diego have been throughout the entire Romo/Rivers era.

I'd take Luck over any QB in the league right now. Not saying he's better than anyone but he's the best young QB and he's a winner.
