You can't tear a team apart and patch it back together with demarco and bradford and no receivers like chip has done. That creates a chemistry issue within the team. Chip has made some mystifying personnel moves that have been swept under the rug by the National media bc chip is their golden boy genius wonder.

He's under the impression that players don't matter. It's all about his system.

I was debating Eagles or Giants as the division winner this year.

My speculation on the Eagles was that they were either going to be 12-4 or 5-11. Nothing in the middle.

The skins are the skins so I never expect anything from them.

If I was more forum savy, I would post the quotes prior to the season, primarily where I mentioned us avoiding the injury bug (I may have jinxed us).

Your last sentence holds true. On paper, the Cowboys were a 4-12 team last year. On paper, this year, the Cowboys are a 12 win team. Although some comes from superstition, a lot of it is based off the Giants past history of being able to overcome these types of situations which they did in 2007 and 2011. No one knew what a JPP was in 2011; no one knew what a Victor Cruz was in 2011. Teams tend to galvanize in these situations and past success is indicative of that.

The Cowboys were also very lucky to not suffer any major injuries in areas that they were particularly strong in i.e. offensive line WR (mainly Dez Bryant). Will we be so lucky again?

Hopefully I'm wrong. I do respect your opinion and hopefully we'll both be 'mind blown' during the Super Bowl 50 parade in Dallas.

That's the best I can do. Unless there's a way to use the links I posted and have them generate the text. TOo much work lol

I don't normally engage in this type of stuff because I think it's corny and you're past post history indicates every time someone shows sufficient evidence of something, you still contradict it in some weird manner anyway.

But sure, absolutely. A few posts prior to this season are below. Please let me know if you would like me to dig up some more.

Thanks!

Not once did you pick the Giants or say they would be the front runners this season. You even said you made bets that the Cowboys would finish with a better record than the Giants. All you did was hint that the Giants could be better than everyone thinks but not once did you pick them.

Has going all-out in FA worked at all since the '90s? I can't think of a single team that has used that strategy and been successful. I'm probably forgetting a team though.

Well that's that. The Commanders don't have the firepower to keep up with the Eagles.

LMAO you're reaching like hell. My exact "words" were not "Division winners" and "frontrunners" but using the 3-4 posts you can clearly tell, using basic intelligence, that I stated they may have a year similar to their 2011 and 2007 seasons. The same as I did in this thread using different verbiage in which case you wanted me to prove that I had these thoughts prior to the season.

Me making bets has everything to do with "not letting the enemy see you sweat" as I put it in those posts that you chose to ignore.

I understand you love engaging in arguments that you tend to lose quite often that you drag on and on but as Aaron Rodgers said,

Bradford looks better than Weeden. Atleast he is throwing the ball more than 5 yards and fitting the ball in tight spaces. I would take Bradford as a back up than Weeden.
