I've always felt like a KR TD can be more of a curse in disguise.

Defense goes right back in to get further tired out and there's less time for the offense to start to gel/ or time on the bench cools the hot hand.

The difference is that having that much hair is a personal choice so any negative impact it has is the player's fault. Horse-collar is unavoidable.

Lame. If I go to grab your collar in a desperate attempt to tackle you and come up with hair instead it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. If you didn't have that long hair, I'd have gotten the collar. The important thing is I am gaining leverage in that area to stop you in your tracks.

Watch the way he hell. His leg almost gets hung up on the turf. That's the point of the rule. To avoid that situation.
