Early games thread

I've never seen so much holding as I have on that last TD by Blount. The replay showed 3 clear obvious holds. Ridiculous.

Haha, now the 49ers are the "worst team in the league"

This board a week ago was on about how the 49ers were a really competitive team. Able to stay in it with anyone but us.

um, look back to my comments though. i said it was a good win, but we shouldve beat them badly. theyre the worst team in the NFL.

For the record...I like Jake Elliott but those saying he is lucky may be onto something after his 2nd missed PAT...lol
 
The same "fans" who come on a Cowboys board, demanding that we praise Wentz refuse to give Dak any credit or praise whosoever. We must praise Wentz and can't give Dak credit for good games/plays according to some. :facepalm:
 
I'm so impressed with how we beat up on this team a week ago. This winless team is so competitive.

I said he was lucky because the coach attempted a 51 yard field goal in the rain. That's absurd. It worked, but in my opinion the Eagles were lucky it worked.

what was funny was pregame when jim rome said weve never seen a player play like wentz. what about dak last year? everyone was going nuts at how well he was playing. now its forgotten.

They're both really good players, people just need to stop trying to down one to hype the other one up. This goes for the pro Dak and pro Wentz club.

I'll be impressed when we start stacking wins against good teams.

I don't have a low bar - apparently, this board will prop up any crap team in rebuilding mode to feel good about a W. Heck, I won't even be all that impressed if we beat the Commanders due to how our schedule looks coming up.

I'll praise this team when we go on a win streak, which will be needed.
