Early games thread

Man I remember a time when a 45 yard FG was no gimme. Now 50 yarders are commonplace. Teams now get the touchback at the 25. Drive a little ways. Kick a 55 yarder.

I think wft still wins this game
Most NFL teams needing just a FG with over 2 minutes left and 3 timeouts is close to a lock. Maybe 75-80% likely. Which is why playing for a FG in those situations is losers gambit. I'm not saying the Raiders did that in this case (thouh Garrett often did and MM did week 1), but getting only a FG there is almost surely losing the game.

How do you drop that pass? It didn't have anything on it either.

Lol. Crazy that the raiders all the sudden can’t cover.. leaving people wide open and when the play is there the raider couldn’t make the pick. 17-15. And game over. What was the point spread..
