I heard announcers say quite a few times. The clock the refs keep on the field is the time they go by for snaps. , and the stadium clock is slightly off.I didn't see the clock countdown but the clock is allowed to touch zero while the ref looks away from the clock to the Center to see if "the ball is in the process of being snapped." If so, then they let it go. So that's like a half second grace period built into the rule.
I doubt the Eagles win…but Washington has apparently come to life. The Raiders are terrible, however, this is a bit much. But still might not be enough as the Eagles have the momentum now. Rams should have still be trying to put up more points on the scoreboard.
That wouldn't make sense. Teams would be taking timeouts left and right to avoid the penalty for what would not be the official clock.I heard announcers say quite a few times. The clock the refs keep on the field is the time they go by for snaps. , and the stadium clock is slightly off.
AJ Brown fully extended both arms on that push off too. It is getting to be pathetic.Browns hit with OPI but Eagles don’t ever have it called lol
and it is a damn catchWait why they overrule that so fast?
Yeah that was wild. It's like they are trying to keep the Eagles in the game lol***??? Puka makes a CLEAR catch, its ruled a catch on the field, and "Replay assistance," steps in to overrule the catch forcing the rams to waste a challenge that they will clearly win.
Id be fuming if I were Rams. Replay assistance should only get involved on CLEAR mistakes, this is a clear catch.
