The Director John Carpenter who directed " The Thing" admits 30+ years later at the ending of the movie that one of them (MacCready or Childs)is the alien . Can you figure out which one?

The answer:

It's been theorized for years, but it's easy to figure out. Macready never actually drank from the drink and watched closes to see if Childs would drink the (basically) Gasoline/molotov cocktail and he did. You can also see Macready's breath but you can't see Child's.
