I want to upgrade Whitehead.. He's just average.

He's got speed but he makes no big plays in the return game hardly ever.

Whitehead is used on deeper punts due to his speed to give us a chance at a big return but he hasn't provided anything as a returner. However he has provided a little punch on offense. He had a 35 yard reception and he's carried the ball 8 times for 86 yards including a 26 yard play.
