Agreed. He did pretty well when he was in that role, which led to him being hired as Chicago's head coach. Just because he failed as a head coach doesn't mean he's not a capable defensive coordinator.

Yeah, some just aren't able to translate their ability to lead one side of the ball to leading the whole team. Hopefully, No-Schott proves he can. He was a so-so coordinator, so maybe that means he'll be a great head coach.

I promise you guys, Jerry didn't want these hires. This was ALL Stephen and Jerry Jr. Pops has been somewhat neutered for a while, and it makes sense when you look at how the team has been operating for about a decade.
