Eli Manning to retire

It’s crazy to think Eli had a better career than Romo. Crazy......but he solidified his legacy. He’s going to the Hall.

I've hated Eli ever since he refused to play for the Chargers. He wasn't a Giant yet but i hated him anyway. Because I knew he wanted to be in the NFC hoping he and Payton would meet in multiple Superbowls.

Venus and Serena were always meeting in the finals at that time and i knew that's what he wanted for him and Payton. He was a diva prick piece of garbage for doing that, in my opinion. He hadn't even played a down yet but in his mind he'd already taken over the league. His arrogance knew no bounds.

GREAT! Out with the old in with the new. The new decade is starting out great. Now if only Arrogant Rodgers would retire.

And Garrett won two before Coughlin/Eli's era.

Uh, Lets just say Garret was fortunate to be the guy carrying the clip board on the sideline while Troy, Emmitt, and Mike were winning super bowls. Pretty sure thats not in the same league in terms of accomplishments as Eli and Coughlin. JG has no shot at even getting nominated for the HOF.

Couldn’t Swann at least make the claim he was the best receiver in the league for a couple of years there? I’m trying to remember if Eli ever got a single regular season MVP vote.
No, I don't think Swann could make that claim, but even so, the HOF is for accomplishments over a career, not over a couple of years.
