Elliott 33 yards

Zeke didn't wanna be here today. Good thing Dak showed up along with Beasley.

What does Elliot’s draft position have to do with the inept coaching staff not knowing how to utilize their talents and being predictable on offense.
How much more would you like them to use him. This is one lf the few times I support our coaching staff. Do you think we should have handed it off to him more? I mean, 33 yards is impressive and all...maybe if we fed it to him another 15 times he would have cracked 80 yards

Did I ever blame the loss on Zeke? Qoute me where I said this loss was his fault amd I’ll answer you, until then zip it.

what was your motivation for this thread?

Lol you obviously had a bone to pick with Zekes performance and youve gone to many levels to criticize him

And yet with that terrible performance we were still in the game and a chance to win it.. that last fumble put the game up two scores on us when we stil had all 3 time outs and 6 mins left in the quarter only down by 3.

Punt it away play defense and see what happens.

We were in it because of our defense.

If the OL played like they should, the team maybe wins despite the fumbles.

Again, we are splitting hairs here. But the OL’s poor play was a major problem today. A major problem.

The cowboys are not getting a return on the high investments made into the line.

Good thing he played the worse rushing defense in the league and has a top 15 O line in the league. His stats were completely padded by Detroit. I’ve said it since day one, I don’t know why its so hard to figure out. Zeke goes as far as our O lone goes.

The guy is talented, no doubt, but without the supporting cast he is nothing, he’s less than nothing, which is why it’s so dumb to take a RB so high. Some day you Zeke lovers will get it, unfortunately we’ll have nothing to show for it.

You my friend are an idiot of the highest order. The entire team only goes as far as the offensive line takes them.

I’m not delusional at all. Football is a team sport. Zeke got no help today.

The offensive line had their butts handed to them. It was a horrible, horrible performance by them. Even the best running backs in the league have bad games if their OL’s play like crap.
So Zeke and Cowboys fans were brought back to reality? Welcome to Barkley’s world. Zeke is the best RB in the league as long as he’s running behind the best O line in the league. Glad we wasted a 4th on him.

Idk Zeke is 2nd in the league in rushing currently...

Something stinks here and it might be the QB play

Teams are focusing on stopping Zeke and daring Dak to beat them with his arm. But he is not good at seeing the field and not good at throwing into tight spots. I don't understand the lack of play action and bootlegs today which I think is a strength for Dak. The longer players play under this staff the worse they seem to get.

I was defending Zeke by pointing out how poorly the OL played today.

They sucked. Period end of story. I also never absolved the QB of blame. So idk what your point is anymore.

It's Garrett's fault, because he sucks!
Elliot is good but he’s not jack without the O line. The little purse carrying many brat has spolied his entire football carrying career. We may disagree here but the the coaching wasnt the problem tonight.

You know the ‘ole cowboy saying...you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink...or some red neck sheet like that. Just make me some migas Ranching, it’s far from over but I’m angry and depressed. k thought we had this one. Good news is we still have plenty of time left to be disappointed again.

Washington had 9 guys in the box and we continued to run.
And....? Give the ball to Zeke more, throw the ball to Zeke more...that’s all I here. Then we do and it’s mkre excuses. Go ask Barkley how his running conditions are, but he doesn’t pout and cry on the sidelines.

I know but you blaming the OL for the loss over Dak who had two fumbles.. one of which gave the other team 7 points is bad...

it should be in order of reasons for loss:

1. Dak
2. Coaching for that botched FG and no shot at a throw at the endzone which was another gutless call by Garrett
3. OL
4. Special teams make the FG bro
5. Zeke rushing

What was my motivation? Are you that dense? Do you think I’m trying to hide something? Even though I’ve made my stance very clear, apparently you still don’t get it.

Let’s start off with Zeke’s performance, 33 yards. Do you think I’m disgusted with it? and if so, why?

This is why you don’t draft a RB 4th overall. Congrats on your 33 yards or whatever it was Zeke. Fantastic!

As I’ve always said, he goes as far as the O line goes. Nice flashy, luxury pick Jerrah.

If only we'd have drafted the DE picked before him (who hasn't played a snap this season) or the DB chosen after him (who got smoked last week in Dallas and has lost 4 of his last 5 games).

I suppose we could be like some of y'all's hero "Risen" and spend several years going on about a trade up that never happened, and there's no guarantee it would've happened had we tried, but Zeke wasn't the problem today.

The line played poorly on the road (again), there was little room to run, the passing game was weak (again) and it ended like all of our other road games this season.

I disagree man.

I disagree because the team is built around the OL being a dominant unit.

They have more draft capital and cap dollars invested into them than any line in the league. The team is lacking talent at other places including WR and TE because the line is supposed to be the foundation. And they played terrible.

So I grade on a curve. I expect more out of them, than I do Dak. And fair or unfair. That’s how the team is built.

I also blame Garret more because I hate him and this is the same crap that has happened under him for 8 years.
