Elliott shouldn't have played

He clearly was nowhere near as explosive as normal. Wasn't powering through contact or finishing runs with any kind of authority,
He is definitely hurting. I think he hyper extended his knee or strained something during that hurdle against Detroit.

They are short on RBs having kept 4 TEs who can't play and 6 untalented WRs. I have no idea how hurt Elliott is or was. I don't think the Cowboys would risk losing him for the year if he was hurt badly. But I do agree, he was not the same Zeke we are used to seeing run away from LBs and breaking tackles.

Thought I saw on a news feed we might be signing Darius Jackson again. Maybe Zeke is more hurt than we thought?

We're you around in 88 when Hershal was our only offense? It's like that again with EzE. He plays regardless

So if history repeats itself we will get a new owner and HC and draft a QB in the 1st round next year
But this time they won't have to trade away their best player to get a butt load of draft picks.

count me in

Sounds like more excuses Jerry will use to retain Garrett.

Credit the pretty much top 5 Houston run defense and blame the QB as well. Dak is trash.. couldn’t move the ball against a bottom of the barrel pass defense and allowed an already good run defense key in more on Zeke.

Teams are begging for Dak to beat them...

And Jerry is shortening the career of Zeke for Dak..

He's no Darius Jackson, but few are.

I thought he looked ok. That 20 yard run that had that "hold" I thought he was looking good there once there was an actually hole opened up between the tackles.
