As I said in the game thread, when I did a prelim 53 man roster a few months ago, people actually argued White would be QB2 over Rush.

I have no clue what those people saw in White and tonight proved again just how inept a QB he is.

I can't evaluate him with his protection. It's like watching the 2017 Atlanta game on repeat with the line they give him. I say play him with the starters and see what he does. Rush too.

I haven’t watched the first part of the 49ers preseason game yet but have been watching some of the end of the game. Mike White doesn’t look like an NFL QB.

Slow decision making skills, lack of arm strength, and lack of ball velocity make it look like he doesn’t belong in the NFL.

I wouldn’t waste a roster spot on him based on this limited sample size. He’s not very strong for a guy who has been in an NFL weight room for a year.
