I just wish they'd leave a tip at the bar. "Cheers Mate," Isn't a tip.

It is a good way to have your next drink watered down though. Oh, and we'll still charge you full price.

No, no. @DeathMonkey......err......Dreadhonkey is our black ops agent. If the Grand Poobah is being restrained (against his will, that is), we'll send our best man to the rescue...........or in this case, Dreadhonkey.

Help us, Dreadhonkey. You're our only hope.

I have concluded that he isn't being restrained but just consumed too little alcohol. I prescribed him more and he should be fine soon.

Tipping Bar Staff isn't part of Our Culture, You should put a sign up if You get a lot of English Patrons.
We usually put some money in the Charity Collection Tin sitting on the Bar, so it's not like We're tight, just don't know that's what Y'all do.
p.s "Cheers Mate" is the highest accolade a London Barman can receive, You must be doing a fine job.

I wish we could put a sign up or even have the tip jar in public view. But if we do that, we're "soliciting tips" and can get fired. God forbid the casino lose a few extra bucks to the tip jar instead of people putting it into the slot machines.

We do get a ton of English Patrons every year. There's one English couple that stays at the Casino where I work a few times a year and they tip well. One day I finally asked them why people from England don't tip. They told me that in England a bartender is considered the lowest of the low. Scum of the Earth type.

Funny how different our cultures are. Here, everyone wants to be friends with the bartender!

Not to Me, Bar Staff are a vital part of the inebriation process, which is a vital part of making London tolerable.

Smart move. I can either comp your drinks all night or find a reason to get you thrown out. I once cut off a party of 32 people at once.
Which casino you work at?

Wifey n I go to casinos a couple times a year, but we usually go to the Horseshoe in Bossier City because it's only 6 1/2 hrs away. We might go to Vegas at some point, though!!!
