Our fan base will be suffering the same way if we come up short in Washington next Sunday. The way we’ve struggled on the road that game is far from a slam dunk, especially if the weather is a factor. Jerry used the weather as one of the excuses for our embarrassing performance against Buffalo. We’re not playing much better than Philly right now. We’re struggling to run the ball and Dak is under constant pressure. If we lose CeeDee we’re screwed and our defense is struggling to hold a lead with games on the line.
Lololol come up short against Washington

I love winning as much as the next guy, but I'm one of those people who have a history of deliberately buying tickets in the other team's section, just so I can listen to them sulk and beach and moan in real time.

If you're not enjoying others' crashing and burning, to my mind, you're missing out on a big chunk of the joy of sports. :D

Washington doesn't have a QB worth fearing, easy win. Bet on it
That same QB did a number on us last season in Washington. Did you forget that? Lol Howell has had some good games this season assuming he’s the starter on Sunday. Jacoby Brissett isn’t someone to take lightly either. We’ve struggled against journeyman QBs. We lost to one earlier in the season on the road. You sound like a typical fan who thinks every game is going to be a breeze. We may win easy but I could also see this game coming down to the 4th quarter. I could also see us laying an egg. I doubt many fans trust the Cowboys as often as we’ve been burned by the team. We’re 0-2 in our last two road games and aren’t playing our best football. We can’t run the ball so it’s been up to Dak and CeeDee who’s our only consistent WR. We better be focused and ready to play on Sunday or this game could go sideways.

We came up 20 points short to them last season in Washington in the final game and they were playing a rookie QB making their first start. Lol We came up 2 TDs short against the Cardinals on the road this season with Dobbs at QB. Did you think that would happen? I’m not predicting a loss next week but it wouldn’t surprise me based on our road struggles.

ya never know, but the Cowboys better be trying their damndest this week to practice to be good Sunday. A loss can certainly happen, but it is unacceptable.

Well is not the suffering of the people itself, is the fall from the smugness and arrogance of their organization and fans what I delight on.

I hate when y'all do this. Fans want to gloat in Eagles misery and y'all have to remind us of what we will do if we come up short....who the hell cares man right now let's gloat in Eagles misery lol.

(... and I've learned now that the site doesn't like the actual term we routinely use to refer to such people... :D )

Is that Dom DiSandro standing on the side of the hallway? Or does Philly just normally grow bystanders that big? lol.

You sound like the typical fan scared of everything. Fact is, Dak has pretty much owned Washington, the whole NFC East, last years game at the end, there was nothing to play for

True, while we should win Sunday
There are no gimmes in the NFL.
Our games against the cards is a painful reminder of this fact.

I don’t trust the Cowboys. I don’t know how any fan could. They’ve lost 5 games this season on the road when they had something to play for. They were handed a win last week at home when they had something to play for. We had no answers stopping the Lions, but an officiating call gave us the game. Last season in Washington we played to win with all our starters and took a butt kicking. Dak had a miserable game completing only 38% of his passes with an INT. He had a passer rating of 47.2. Again, I’m not picking the Cowboys to lose this game but it wouldn’t surprise me. Games on the road that really matter have been a struggle. We lost to a young, inexperienced Miami team that we couldn’t hold when the game was on the line. Yesterday the Ravens DESTROYED Miami, scoring 56 points. Our offense isn’t scoring like it was and our defense has cracks. I wouldn’t bet anything that’s not worth losing on the Cowboys no matter who they’re playing on the road. Our road issues have become a joke.

pretty much similar claim can be made for every other team, except to a lesser extend for Ravens and Niners. the thing about NFL is every game matters. its not like NBA or MLB. you don't get 80 games to redeem yourself.

I listened to part of a Philly podcast where the hosts were talking Siriani should be under scrutiny for his job after this grilled cheese meltdown stretch . Absurd . 11 wins and should have won the SB last season . If he’s on the griddle I shudder to think what a one and done would mean in Dallas for MM

I think most around the NFL have less trust in the Cowboys than any team because every good team they’ve had has come up short the past 28 years. Every time it “appears” they have a great team they fall short. They pull everyone in making fans and the league believe this year is different only to once again fall short. We’ll see if this season turns out any different. I won’t believe it will until I see it.
