IRVING, Texas – The 2009 draft was among the worst in Dallas Cowboys’ history. They didn’t have a first-round pick that year because of the trade for wide receiver Roy Williams from the Detroit Lions in 2008. They traded away their second-round pick to get the Buffalo Bills’ third- and fourth-round selections. They took linebacker Jason Williams with their first pick, No. 69 overall.
