Umm Earl Thomas isnt even 6'0, he's 5'10. Byron jones is 6'1 & set a world record in the broad jump. Byron definitely has the speed, height, jump. He's still a young kid, expect him to work hard in the weight room this offseason, especially if he commits to saftey.

Right on, earls 5'10 205 , Eric weddle is 5'11 203, Brock Marion was 5'11 200 and jones is 6'1 198. He can hit that weight room and put on some good weight. I'm probably being over critical of his shoulder width just looks a little frail to me.

I know safeties come in all shapes and sizes, however, Jones just looks like a CB at first glance. Maybe it is his frame as you suggest. Never thought of it before.

Yeah check it out. Maybe im over analyzing or being too critical but wilcox and church just look alot thicker and wider too me.

And one of the best FS of all time, Ed Reed, was only 5'11 205LBS. Jones has the frame to put on another 10LBS of muscle next few years if he wants to.

Right on. Like i said maybe just over analyzing it. But ed does look more jacked than byron




Also that 5-10 to 5-11 205lb range seems like all the good safeties fall in. Earl thomas and weddle are in the same range as well

If we don't take Treadwell with the 4th pick then I would love Hargreaves III... In the 2nd round I'd take Su’a Cravens... He can play SS and is a playmaker all over the field. Find another quality CB in the 4th round.
