9 top 7 defenses have reached the Super Bowl without a top 7 RB.

0 top 7 RB have reached the Super Bowl without a top 7 defense.

Dallas' defense ranked 13th in points per drive this season.

The good thing is, we've literally addressed everything on the roster but defense now. There's nothing else to neglect it in favor of anymore unless we want to start doubling up offensively.

I think they over used Mayowa. In my book he should only be used as a situational pass rusher. Use him on only known pass downs.

Until JJ and Company ease up on this whole "get something for nothing" approach to drafting and free agency, you have to wonder if any thing on the DL will ever change. Every team I am sure is looking to steal a guy or two in the draft or in FA, but I feel the Cowboys are so obsessed with this approach, it blinds them from drafting or signing really solid players.

yeah they thought they got a great deal with gregory, and so did many fans , but turned out to be a big 0!
I think Irving looked the best and most consistent DL player this year.
