OXNARD, Calif. -- A daily review of the hot topics coming out of Dallas Cowboys training camp: Anthony Spencer has yet to practice, but the defensive end has picked up his work so much in the past two weeks that the Cowboys might have a decision to make on his availability at the start of the season. Spencer is on the physically unable to perform list as he works his way back from microfracture knee surgery. If he is moved to reserve/PUP, he would miss the first six regular-season games.
