I'm not for bringing him back -- I believe in five years and out if you haven't made a Super Bowl -- but I can understand why the players are defending him.

I really don’t think you understand why they are defending him…some us realize that they actually feel nothing for him personally, but enjoy the Country Club atmosphere and lack of accountability for anything.

I gotta tell you I'm not happy with these players starting to get in the corner for Mike McCarthy I mean you got your leader on offense and Prescott and now one of your big guys on defense I mean this is making me uncomfortable that's a good word for it because if Jerry's hearing these chirps I just don't know what to say if they bring back McCarthy it has to be with a condition that he gives up offensive play calling and they hire a whole new offensive staff I mean I would be OK with that I mean if we don't know what we're gonna get what staff is gonna come here then maybe worst case scenario we end up with Mike McCarthy and Mike zimmer back but McCarthy has to hire a whole new offensive staff as a condition and I might be able to live with that man I don't know man there's a lot of players saying they love Mike McCarthy and these aren't small guys these are dudes with like a little bit of pull from jerry..

I doubt it's gonna happen most of these endorsements are just ear candy they're supporting their coach that's the right thing to do and even if there's some legitimacy to what they're saying as far as they like him back in their heart of hearts that's not something they realize they can control and they'll just be happy with the new staff....
