Jason Witten also chimed in, reminding reporters that it's a team effort and not just one person, and that the offense has to succeed as a unit.

This is what has to happen and something I have consistently been saying. Football is never about 1 person it is the entire unit working as 1 like a well oiled machine. When an offense is centered around 1 or 2 players it becomes easier for a defense to slow it down or flat out shut it down. I think the more people you can get involved with the offense the better the offense becomes and makes it much easier to overcome an injury because you’re not asking a player to do something he has not done all year.

Football is NOT about one person... until it is.

Meaning: If Roy has to be pushed and runs bad routes etc. Houston we have a problem.

I don't think the season hinges on RW. I think he going to do a good job 1st of all but say he has only 60 catches 800 yards 7TD catches and yet because others like Witten, Felix Jones, Barber, Austin, Crayton, Bennett, Choice as well as others step up and make plays to help this team win then as a team they did their job.

I don't care about 1 person putting up big numbers if in the end it does not translate into wins.

For all the numbers TO put up how many playoff wins do we have? Despite 13 pro bowlers in 07 how far did we go? I'm tired of the individual numbers they are meaningless the only number I care about is wins and I think if this season becomes more about team than individual accolades then we have a good chance of doing more.

I have heard many who cover the NFL say Dallas has talent but they don't play as a team and they are right
