ESPN has yet to figure out what JERRY is doing!!!

We all know Jerry loves the spotlight and with the two SB teams unable to create the Buzz of most SBs... Jerry is dominating the headlines but he is also doing something that ESPN has failed to report!!!

Anyone who has ever worked for a large well established company and interviewed with a smaller Mom and Pop company can identify what JERRY is doing!

He is taking the best ideas from various canidates, so he can then hire a less qualified person to mirco manage, basicly becoming the Head Coach himself!
