Foles was just downright awful, couldn't throw a rock into the ocean that game. I don't see a repeat performance of 80 yards passing from him.

Why is it, when Dallas wins a game, it's because the other team was awful, or screwed up. Maybe they were awful because the Cowboys had something to do with that.
Just as when they lose, maybe the other team played very well. I know this team needs a lot of help, especially on defense. But other teams do play well.
Maybe Foles played bad because the defense played well, which they did. Don't use the wind as an excuse. Romo had to throw in it too.

I don't expect it to be the same, as Foles and the Eagles, as a team are playing extremely well. And our defense is even more decimated by injuries. When we beat them, it was probably the healthiest they been all season, with the exception of Ware not playing. I can't see him being a factor in this game, as he seems to been invisible since his return. Time to pick it up though, gut check time.

I know people say the Eagles played back up QB's, but so have we. So I won't use that as a reason to say the Eagles aren't the team we think they are. They improved a lot these past 6 weeks or so. They may very well be that team. But I'm not sitting here thinking they will blow us out either. But wouldn't be surprised, nor if it's a close game down to the wire. I don't think we will blow them out, unless we get some very good breaks.

I just want people to give credit where credit is due. More people complain even when we do win, maybe because it's not done in style. I'll take a win no matter how it gets done.

I've always said that star on the helmet is worth about three wins a year due to the intimidation factor. I think that we can chalk up the win in Philly to the star, because I think Foles choked, knowing he was on a big stage playing a home game against the Cowboys.

I hope that happens again this time. I've seen it happen before, Phil Sims used to turn into an interception machine against the Cowboys. I remember he had a meltdown in the locker room after one game. After several bad games against the Cowboys Dennis Thurman had called him a "facade" of a QB, and it got to Sims. He went on a two paragraph swearing rant when asked about it afterwards, so it was clear he had choked. Let's hope that happens to Foles again, it's our best chance.

Of course, I've also always said the star is worth about three loses a year too, due to guys playing above their level wanting to beat "America's Team" on a big stage, so that might happen instead.

Maybe this will be a game where the "choke" moniker is passed from Romo to Foles, even without Romo playing.
Foles first really big game, on the road, division foe, national TV, last game of entire regular season. But in reality, it is a playoff game.

Wouldn't it be great, Foles throws a pick 6 or even just a pick to end the game.

lol.. yeah, that would be wonderful for the other QB to choke instead of ours.

But I thought we were everybody's homecoming game?

Besides Foles stinking up the joint, the defense dominated because McCoy isnt necessarily a downhill runner. The more dancing they get him to do in the backfield the better.

Main thing was Dallas stopped McCoy that is the Philly offense he is what makes that offense tick, when he is put in check the Philly offense stalls.

Was analysis after the game that Kiffen shifted S.Lee a step or two toward the heavy side, which made it a lot harder for the OLinemen to get to him, and let him really flow to McCoy.......Imagine Kelly will have an answer and Lee not playing so......

Can Kiffen come up with another wrinkle.......
